Getting Started

Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Datanable.

Datanable is a powerful platform that helps you centralize marketing data from various marketing platforms. By connecting your marketing accounts, you can easily aggregate and analyze your performance metrics in one central location.

1. Adding Connections

Navigate to the Connections menu and follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on "Add a Connection"
  2. Select your desired marketing platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads)
  3. Complete the authentication process
  4. Select the specific accounts you want to connect
  5. Configure connection settings, including:
    • Reporting levels
    • Data breakdowns

Note: Depending on the volume of historical data, initial data retrieval may take some time. However, we provide an initial data extract (as soon as dates appears in the "Stored Data" column of the connection details table) so you can start working with your dashboards while the historical data is being processed.

2. Data Sharing

In the Data Shares menu, simply add a Google Account. Data sharing will be activated automatically for that account. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 minutes for Google to process the sharing permissions.

3. Dashboard Templates

In the Templates menu, you can generate a ready-to-use dashboard with a single click. These templates are automatically connected to your data sources, providing an instant view of your marketing performance. Click here for more details about dashboard templates (TODO).

Best Practices

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions for each marketing platform
  • Review connection settings carefully
  • Regularly check your data synchronization status

Troubleshooting

  • If a connection fails, double-check your authentication credentials
  • Verify that you have the correct access levels on the source platforms
  • Contact support if you experience persistent connection issues
